Job Summary:
We are seeking a charismatic, motivated and results-driven Inside and Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires a combination of sales skills, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential and existing clients
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Processes customer orders and field customer questions and inquiries
- Supports the external sales team
- Provide ongoing customer support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or medical sales
- Medical background a plus
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with technology sales tools such as is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
